When will P'sang ship my order?

All paid orders will be shipped out on next working day (Monday-Friday) by Courier Service.

Will anyone know what and where I order my products from? 😩

Nobody will ever know what is inside your parcel except for YOU! Rest assured that all our packaging are HIGHLY DISCREET with no brand name and label so you are totally safe from anyone knowing what you bought! Your mother and father, receptionist or boss will never know 😉 Your P'sang is totally safe with us! 🍌

What are the payment options available? 

P'sang accepts payment via PayPal Express 💰 (PayPal balance & credit card) and MOLPay 💳 (Online Banking & 7-Eleven).

Return and Refund Policy:

We do not accept return or refund unless it fulfills either of the following criteria:

1) Wrong product/s shipped 

-Please send us pictures as proof to info@psang.co together with your order number. Our team will check through and be able to exchange the product on 1-to-1 basis if there is any mistake. Courier charges will be bear by P'sang.co. 

2) Product/s damaged during shipping process

-Please send us pictures as proof to info@psang.co together with your order number. Our team will check through and re-send you your parcel if there is any mistake.
